Baxter McGuire

My name is Baxter McGuire and I am 5 years old. I am a very good boy. I am potty trained, walk well on a leash and I just want to be loved by my humans.

I used to have a home. For some reason, my humans got tired of me and started leaving me outside. I cried and barked to come in the house, but no one ever came to let me in. Then one day, they asked if I wanted to go for a ride in the car. I got so excited! They took me to a place where there were lots of other dogs in cages. They handed me to the lady there and left. I couldn't believe it. I was sure there was some mistake and they would realize they left me and come back and get me...but they never did. I was such a sad boy and those other dogs made me nervous. Then one day, a lady came and got me out of there and took me home. She had other dogs just like me there and they let me live INSIDE! I was so happy! The nice lady told me she was going to find me the perfect furever home and I believe her because I love her. I would love to be the only dog or with another dog that isn't rambunctious.
