My Story

WE HAVE AN APPLICATION PENDING While Baxter is a big puppy (10 months old and about 65 pounds) he is well behaved but still needs to be crated when left unattended as he might chew a throw pillow or two – he can’t resist the stuffing! Fortunately Baxter is perfectly happy in his crate and will not bark or whine and he loves all his new chew toys and seems to understand that they are for him to chew to his little heart’s content. He has no food bowl or toy guarding issues. Baxter is fully house broken and is excellent with other dogs and cats – currently he is being fostered with 3 dogs and 2 cats. Baxter being a pup wants to play but he won’t bully dogs into playing so he already has good sense and is well socialised. Baxter loves to meet new people and he’s comfortable with both men and women he would most likely be great with children as well but with the little ones he could be too clumsy as he’s still getting use to his big body. He is confident on a walk and is not skittish to the general noise of a neighbourhood. He has been introduced to a Halti and is doing fine with that. Baxter also travels well in a car. Last but not least Baxter is far lovelier in person then a photo could ever capture. If you are interested in Baxter, please contact Speaking of Dogs Rescue
