We were at the shelter pulling a cat when we saw a family bringing in this adorable little pup. We know there is little chance of dogs making it out of the shelters since they are so over-crowded so we scooped the pup up, who we are now calling Baxter, and took him with us. Our vet thinks he is about 12 weeks old. He's a sweet and playful pup. He plays rough and tumble even though he's still small. He would be great as a playmate for a higher energy dog or in an active household (with somebody that likes to run, hike, be outdoors, etc). He's going to be a big boy so learning his boundaries, socializing and training is important while Baxter is still young.
