Baxter is a senior lab mix (small, about 40lbs) who was surrendered because he kept running away. He can squeeze through small spaces in a fence and likes to go adventure. His owners knew this wasn't safe and decided rehoming him was in his best interest. Baxter is a very very loving older gentleman who gets along with everyone!
