Barkley is a purebred Beagle. He will be 5 in April and he weighs 28#. He's very adorable! Barkley was an owner surrender due to fthe amily having a baby and didn't have time for him anymore. That is truly heartbreaking, isn't it?
Barkley has been around children and is very good with them.
Barkley is a little shy with men initially. He also is a little afraid of other dogs and cats just because he hasn't been around them.
Barkley is housetrained and crate trained..
Barkley is currently in Basic Obedience class. He is very food motivated, so he is learning to do anything for it! We are working on SIT, DOWN, COME, JUMP UP, OFF, SHAKE, WAIT, HEEL and QUIET. He’s doing very well for a beagle!

This dog's adoption fee is $200 (plus tax). This includes being neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative), and wormed.
