Barkley arrived in rescue after coming from a home with too many dogs that could not properly care for them. Barkley has settled into foster care nicely, but would love to find a forever home to call his own. His foster mom says: Barkley, is a sweet and shy poodle, who is eagerly waiting to find his forever home. Barkley is a gentle soul who thrives on companionship and loves to stay by your side. His calm demeanor makes him the perfect cuddle buddy. While he may be a little shy around new people, once he gets to know you, he will be your most devoted friend. Barkley gets along wonderfully with other small dogs, making him a great addition to a multi-pet household. He’s looking for a patient and loving owner who can help him feel safe and comfortable in his new home. Barkley is house trained provided you keep to schedule and has anxiety if left alone for too long.  He also loves to take slow strolls on his leash and at 8 years has a playful side to him also. Barkley is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped and has had his teeth cleaned! Barkley is fostered in the Orlando area and his adoption donation is $350.
