My Story

BARISTA Kennel Card: 06242023G-D2 Barista is a 50lb, Female, 3-year-old, Shepherd mix. This gentle sweet momma was found as a stray by Delano Animal Control; Barista was dumped with her 3 babies near Bakersfield College. She and her babies were rescued by Delano Animal Control. Barista has been in the Delano Animal Shelter since June 24, 2023. Barista was tested with multiple dogs and tested amazingly well in a group setting. Barista was tested with male and female dogs ranging from large and medium sized breeds. Barista showed zero signs of aggression and enjoyed playing with her new friends in our dog play yard. Barista is spayed, has received her Rabies shot, is Vaccinated and Microchipped. At the time it is unknown if she is house/crate trained. Dogs are NOT tested with children and cats; her behavior towards children and cats is unknown. she is available for adoption/rescue as of 6/29/23.
