Bandit is a purebred sable and white Sheltie who is 3-4 years of age. Bandit was rescued from someone that wasn't taking proper care of him. His coat was so matted he had to be sheared down to the skin and he had spent most of his life living on a short chain. As a result, Bandit is very timid (which is the nature of a lot of Shelties) and needs a home more on the quiet side. He would be ideal for an older couple looking for that special dog to spend time with. Bandit will require some patience in the beginning to get used to his new home but he does warm up quickly. He just needs to feel that sense of security that he has been lacking in his first few years of life.
