Banana here … yup you read that correctly! Two things you must promise me if you are the lucky one to adopt me. First and foremost, you must be prepared to make a commitment to me; you must love me when I am old and my muzzle is gray as much as you do the day you bring me home. Secondly, you must find a name that suits me better than Banana! Please. I was from Chisisabi but my human was looking for a larger dog. Spunky and outgoing I am but large … nope! Small but mighty, that’s me and so ready for my forever home. At just a few months old, I am always up for some fun; you can never have too many toys. Best guess is that I may have some terrier in my mix and a smidgen of Jack Russell, and there could even be a soupcon of Chi. So, I will need someone who is home a good part of the day and an experienced family would suit me best – I am already showing some of that terrier attitude. Toilet training would be first on the list of things to do – lots of patience and consistency and I’ll make you proud. I may be small but these legs and this brain need stimulation – several times a day. Let’s sign up for puppy training; I’ll prove to you that little dogs can do as much as the big ones. I am quick to sound the alarm; I will alert you to every Amazon delivery and squirrel on our property. I would do better in a house rather than an apartment/condo.
