Hi! My name is Balu. I was rescued from the streets since my owner had neglected my needs. I had many fleas and parasites on me, and I had an injured paw. A man that had seen me thought I had escaped, and looked for my ‘owner’. To his surprise, my owner told him that she had released me onto the streets and that she no longer wanted me. I had been given to her daughter as a gift without their approval, so they decided to discard me instead. I was left alone on the streets, roaming for shelter and food. The man then took me home, knowing that his family could take care of and help me temporarily. I was hungry and malnourished, and they took me to the veterinarian so I could receive medication and vitamins. I eventually recovered from my ailments, and now I looking for a new home. A new home where I will receive lots of love, and where I will be given the care that I need.
