Approximate Age: 12-14 weeks
Approximate Weight: 12 LBS
Currently Living at: Foster

DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Baby Cameron! Cameron is part of the "C Litter." This sweet boy and his siblings came to us from an overcrowded shelter in Southern Virginia. Cameron is staying with a foster family while searching for his forever home. Could that be with you? Cameron is your typical friendly and loving puppy. He does great with every dog he meets. Cameron loves to play, but he is also very gentle. At his young age, he is in his prime for training and socialization too. Please remember that young puppies require a lot of time, love, and patience to become the best canine citizens they can be. Cameron would do great in an active home and promises to be the best friend you've ever had. Submit an application today.
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
