Axle came to us originally as a stray and was quickly adopted by his finder. Initially Axle got along with the other dogs in the home and all visitors but as time went on Axle decided he needed to be the protector of everything under the roof. For this reason, he was no longer the right fit for a busy household with lots of friends and family in and out.
Axle is reliably housebroken, crate trained, knows several commands and is super food motivated. He scored an "A" on his behavior evaluation.
Axle will be offered to an adult only home that has experience with large breed dogs. Kids in the home should be over 12 yrs. Axle requires your undivided attention, so he insists on being your only pet.
Axle's adopter will be rewarded with his unending loyalty and his devilish good looks.
