The first 6 months of Autumn's life were horrible. She was owned by someone that deprived her of food and water. She was confined to a crate for long periods of left tied outside in all kinds of weather. When AC finally removed her from the home, she had a large open gash on her side. Despite that, she came to us as a very affectionate pup.
She had pneumonia in Dec. 2023 and she had also been battling digestive issues since then as well. Lacking nutrition during her most developmental stage had caused her some stomach problems that took us about 5 months to sort out. Now that we have found the dog food that works best for her, she is doing great.
Autumn embraces being alive and loved. She is a happy, affectionate, playful, and friendly dog that loves people, other dogs, and cats. However, since she missed out on being a puppy, she is still very puppy like now. She has lots of energy and loves to play with toys and other dogs. She would also love to play with a cat if she could find one that was game.
She would be a great addition to any family.
