Austin is an adult greyhound mix. He is working on putting on some pounds as he came to us very underweight. Austin has the tall, leggy build of a greyhound, possibly mixed with shepherd. Austin is nearly a perfect gentleman. He is fascinated by squirrels and other small animals but that is typical for any dog with Greyhound bloodlines. He loves to ride in the car and he is quiet and affectionate. A fenced yard will be ideal - again because of the Greyhound desire to run. He is also very bright and learns new things very quickly. It seems that Austin has the best characteristics of Greyhounds and shepherds. A really nice guy.
