We just don't get it, Austin has been looking for his forever home for over 1 year!! This stunning lad was found playing in the ocean. A good Samaritan surfer took him home after catching a few waves together to try & locate Austin's owners. Austin is an 2 year old old Pharaoh Hound/ Staffie Mix - and follows the true characteristics of his Hound ancestry - The Pharaoh Hounds appearance is of grace, power and speed. They are medium sized and of noble bearing with hard clean-cut lines. A sight and scent hound, they are an intelligent and affectionate dog who are playful and enjoy a good run. He is very friendly - loves to play with other dogs in small groups - and absolutely adores the beach - Austin is a teenage boy, full of love, life, funny antics - and in need of a firm, kind guardian. One of our most "Romantic" guys yet, Austin is a graduate of Canine Communications Training Facility and continues his training as a "properly balanced" dog at a premiere Doggie Day Care facility. Austin plays well with others & will look to a guardian for "alpha" direction. Austin is full of energy, intelligent, affectionate, playfu, potty trainedl and always down for a good belly rub. If you are looking for your forever companion who will keep you entertained, in great shape and you have a big enough heart for Austin to "jump" into - this is your boy !
