What a cutie! Augie doggie was rescued from Animal Control when his time was up. He was a stray. He looks like a purebred Labrador Retriever. He is built like a tank, weighing about 65#. He is young, about 1 year old, so he is still very puppyish.
Augie likes to play with other dogs and is way too interested in cats, so cats aren't recommended unless you are willing to do some serious training.
He is such a happy boy, being happy with whatever attention you can give to him. He would love a family who would play with him and love him forever.

This dog's adoption fee is $315 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
