Meet Auburn! Auburn is a 4 yr old wiggly female who is house trained and has been at https://nashville.gov/departments/health/animal-care-and-control for about 2 months and is seeking her forever home. Playfulness: Auburn is a wiggly medium energy pup who isnt interested in toys or chews but is very interested in human engagement and approval. She loves walks and is a very good jumper who is learning how couches work. You enter from the back, right? She doesnt hesitate to go for a jog, hike, or hop on a paddle board and wants to snuggle on the couch at the end of the day. She loves doing summersaults in the grass every chance she gets on walks. She would be a great adventure buddy for an active adult or family with older children. Temperament: She is very affectionate, eager to learn, eager to please and food motivated. She wants to be the bestest girl and is responding well to learning basic manners and commands. She is mouthy/chompy when excited. She is not reactive to other dogs when on walks, but will chomp with excitement if they get too close. She would probably do best as an only dog.
