If you're the kind of person who enjoys strong independent women, you'll want to meet Athena. Strong, athletic, loyal and willing to please, this lovely lady promises to be a wonderful companion. She's very proud to report that she is making great progress on her weight loss journey, having lost over 5 preparing her for long hikes with her new family. Athena's an outdoor kind of gal, who'd prefer to be exploring the world during the day. However, when the evening rolls around, you can expect her to be by your side when you're reading a good book or watching TV. She may not be one to share your affection with other four legged companions, however. She'd prefer a home with active adults or older children. Given her size and exuberance she might be a bit much for little humans. Athena is about a year and a half old.
