Meet Astronaut!
He is a 6 year old Pit Bull mix who weighs 38 pounds. Astronaut is a loveable boy who is always eager to be near those closest to him. He can be shy at first, but with a few tasty treats he opens up and is ready to give you all of his love. He is a great combination of energetic and laid-back. He loves going for long walks and occasionally playing with his toys, but he is just as happy to snuggle on the couch for some love. Astronaut is much more confident with other dogs and shows potential to live in a home with another dog, but he needs slow introductions in the home to make it a successful pairing. Due to his initial sensitivity, if there are children in his forever home they need to be ages 13 and older.
