Astro is a healthy and affectionate six year old. He is frisky and loves to go on walks and observe nature. Astro is fearful of men and probably has not spent much time in the company of other dogs. His foster tells us that he has already shown progress on both fronts. He is warming up to his foster dad and is showing that he is open to making friends with the foster family's dog.
Astro bonds easily to women and is happy to be your shadow. He also seems to be fine with being left alone. Astro is house trained and can use a doggy door. Plus he walks well on a leash. Astro has many wonderful years ahead of him and is looking for a special pal or family to share the joys of living, especially now that he has a second chance for a good life.
