Aspen-adpt pend!

Aspen was scheduled to be euthanized at the Sacramento County shelter - we don't know why...as what we have seen of this sweet girl so far has been wonderful! She is about 3 yrs old and 45lbs or so...

Here is what her fostermom has to say about Aspen:

Aspen is a lover! She has a great temperament and puts her head in your lap as much as she can. She seems a little head-shy, like somebody might have hit her....if because if you say "no", she immediately cowers and submits to you. But so far...........she loves to be next you, if you leave her she follows you into another room. She didn't seem comfortable in the car, but I am sure she could get used to it. She loves to be loved. She has already met a few of my neighbors and she bonds very quickly to people. She seems to like kids. When she hears them she is drawn to them. As far as cats, my cats don't like her, but she seems to just leave them alone. She tried to play with one of them, but he wasn't having it so she just walked away. She is pretty good on a leash and she seems like she wants to play with other dogs. She is very friendly with any person she meets. She was having fun in the backyard, running around as fast as she could and rolling on her back. She seems really happy :o)
