Aspen has found his forever home with the Ethier Family of Edwards, CA!

Aspen is currently in foster care working on his "cat addiction"- he is doing wonderfully! He is superb with kids and loves to be around people.

Aspen is a gorgeous 1-2 year old 85lb (and still skinny) Purebred White German Shepherd who was rescued from animal control. Aspen is SUCH a love. He adores people and he is WONDERFUL walking on a leash and is learning the "sit" command no sweat. He is fine with other dogs his size, but does have a high prey drive, so small dogs and especially cats are not a good idea for this big handsome lug. Aspen is sure to please both the eye and the emotion of whomever he ends up with. Aspen has the typical traits of the breed: smart, stoic and loyal. He would be a wonderful pet for anyone with large breed or shepherd experience. Aspen is up to date on shots, neutered, microchipped and comes with a free month of pet insurance. Adoption fee $275.

Please fill out an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. The rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.

If you wish to meet our dogs at the rescue, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.

If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit here: STOP! IF you have NOT been notified of your approval status do NOT make a deposit.
