Aspen

We all know what can happen when a stray hold expires. Especially in California. Aspen was given one day after his hold expired to get adopted. Then his status as "available for adoption" was going to change to "for rescue pull or euthanasia". Luckily, H3 was already in the area but the van was supposed to leave at the end of the day, before his status change. Can you imagine, walking out of that shelter knowing that if an adopter or another rescue didn't step in, that this husky could be killed, in one business day. Luckily, Bethany and Jenni were able to reach out to Apple Valley and make a deal. If there was no interest in Aspen, from any adopters by the end of the day, they could pull him. So, here he is. And some very lucky family is out there waiting for this super sweet, cuddly boy. They just needed a little more time to find him. So, here is world! Ready for his #foreverhome! Aspen is estimated to be about 4 years old, and he is definitely all husky when it comes to antics. Which means he has zero recall but knows his basic commands. Though a refresher course never hurts. Aspen is a goofy, with lots of energy and a ton of love to give. In fact, he is so loving that he gets along with everyone. Does great living the pack life, loves to nap inside on the beds and his favorite treats are the super crunchy kind. So, what do you think? Is he perfect or what? Can he go home with you?
