LOVERBOY SEEKS FAMILY FOR ALL THE CUDDLES This sweet, wiggly, tail-waggy boy is Aslan. We don't know his story, or how he got his scars. When he arrived at the shelter these marks already seemed to be old. But they don't bother him a bit - and he loves, LOVES people and affection! Aslan is living in a foster home with 3 small dogs and a cat, and has done great! (His foster family say he would do very well in a home with a cat, and that their smallest dog (5 lbs) is his favorite to sleep next to.) Aslan needs virtually no warmup time with strangers - he loves meeting people. He loves climbing into laps. He loves sleeping with his head on your shoulder or leg. He's one of the lovingest dogs I've ever met. Although he loves to be close to his people, he does well when left alone and is quiet in a crate. He's house-trained and has had no accidents. He's very treat-motivated, knows "sit", and is working on other commands - he really enjoys training as it means treats and attention from his people.
