Mama Artemis, found as a stray at a New Mexico gas station, is ready for that new home!
Artemis enjoys playing with other dogs and has done well with kids! She’s good with the resident cats, but wants to play do bad she tends to chase sometimes. She would do best with an active family - that walks her, hikes etc. Ideally, if she had a sister or brother that likes to play that would be amazing.
She loves her stash of toys and bones so need to pay attention re resource guarding. Cats getting close is a no- no.
She’s smart SMART!
She loves meal time and treats so she’s easily trained. She’s house trained, good in the car. Her foster took her to a cocktail party and she was a hit! Loved all the attention and was respectful.
Potty trained, crate trained, official bed hog! ?
