Art Deco may be deaf but that doesn't stop him from being a typical puppy. He is 10 months old and a good size for an apartment. A volunteer said, "The sweetest pup. Easy to leash and walk. He just wanted to lay in the grass." He was out to meet some people and our photographer said, "He was sweet and loving. Very cute, gentle and playful. Also loves to snuggle."
