Hey friends, it's Arnie - your favorite mellow fellow. I was brought in by a local police officer who found me wandering down the street. At first I was a bit timid but I have slowly grown more comfortable with the kennel staff. Food has definitely helped me work through some of my troubles. Just shake a treat bag and I will be sure to follow! I am an absolute barbeque master and will keep an eye on those hot dogs and hamburgers this summer....might have to do some taste test inspections too. Y'know, solely for quality assurance purposes. Due to my size and strength I am searching for a household with children twelve and older. As a true stuffie master I would love taking a seat at my favorite human's side for some head scratches while squeaking on my toys. Speaking of sitting, I prefer to restrict my walks to potty breaks as I tire out rather quickly. Twenty feet down the driveway and I am absolutely pooped. Unlike most of the other adoption candidates, I would prefer a lazy day in the shade. I don't pay any mind to my kennel neighbors and may be willing to live with the right dog. Be sure to bring your existing pooch to meet me first though. Speaking of pets, I am here to support team dog in the age old dog vs. cat debate. No cats for me! Come on by and give me the second chance I deserve!
