Armani

Meet Armani! Armani is a sweet 50lb boy listed as a lab mix, but clearly has some bully in him. Oddly his papers say he is just a puppy at 7 months, but looking at his teeth we really think he is closer to 2-3 years. Armani was found on the side of the road and was brought to the shelter. Sadly, he was loved at the shelter, but his time was up due to overcrowding. This is one of the most underfunded and overcrowded shelters in the Houston area. He was stuck in a crate in the hall area due to no open kennels for months. The couple of workers spend their days cleaning and feeding and the dogs don't even go outside many days. We scooped up Armani and he is just loving life. He loves to curl up on his dog bed and get lots of good sleep. He loves to explore the outdoors and does pretty well on the leash for never having been on one. He does have puppy energy and would love a family to properly exercise him and take him to basic training. We think young kids may be too much for him at this stage as he's still learning to be a family pet. He does get along with other dogs, but can have an overwhelming play style so would need a playmate that can handle him or teach him corrections. Oh, and his crazy faces are just an added bonus!
