Arlo was tied up behind an HEB for over 12 hours. Nobody knows how or why but thank goodness a Good Samaritan saw him and took him home.
Arlo is an Australian shepherd mix about 3-4 years old. He weighs right around 40 pounds. He has the absolute cutest prance, a HUGE SMILE, and absolutely loves his "puppy massage"
Arlo is up to date on vaccines and is neutered. Sadly he is heartworm positive but Scout's Honor Rescue will cover the cost of his slow kill treatment.
