Archie

Hi there I am Archie, 1-2 year old terrier. I weigh 8-10 pounds. First off I love women and take sometime to warm up to men. After 2 months now I adore my foster Dad but I made him work hard to win my trust. I landed myself in a shelter I don’t know how. I was very upset and I decided to bite the kennel attendant as he would not let me out. I was on bite hold but then 4ever Yours decided to give me a chance. Once I got to the Rescue President’s home, I jumped in her lap and boy she was scared. I smiled at her (I do smile) and started giving her kisses. That’s when she realized what a misunderstood good guy I am and she fell in love with me. I am a cuddler. I have been taking care of her and sleep beside her. I overwhelm her with kisses. I hope she doesn’t mind. I am great with all dogs. I am off leash trained as I don’t like being pulled by my neck. My foster mom was starting to train me with a harness but then she got hurt. I need to learn how to walk on leash. I am not a big fan of going to the vet or groomer so I will need to be held or muzzled. Good news is that I don’t have very long hair and I let my foster mom trim my nails and hair. Also if she holds me I will let the vet give me shots. I am fully vetted and my adoption fees are sponsored. If you are looking for an affectionate dog I am the guy for you. No young kids please. Please PM the rescue for adoption application.
