Meet Archer, a lovable and friendly dog who is around 3 years old and weighs an impressive 55 pounds. Despite his size, Archer is a gentle giant who loves going out for walks and exploring the outdoors. He is intelligent and has a keen sense of curiosity, always eager to observe his surroundings. Archer is highly motivated by food and has been working on his jumping behavior, which he is doing well at. He has already learned some basic commands, including sit, and walks like a pro on a leash. In addition, he has mastered going to his bed and shaking hands. Archer is generally clean and we believe he may already have some house training. His warm and expressive eyes will melt your heart and make you want to give him a forever home. Archer is up-to-date on all of his vaccines and has tested negative for heartworm and Lyme disease. He deserves a loving home that will provide him with the care and attention he deserves. Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. This includes spay/neuter, first shots, rabies, heartworm/Lyme testing, microchip and dog license! Most dogs will be required to be spayed/ neutered before leaving shelter if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information. We only accept cash. We cannot take checks, debit or credit cards. You may also call the shelter between the hours of 9-5 Tuesday through Saturday, for more information and our fax number if you would like us to fax you an application. You can also visit the shelter between the hours of 11-4 Tuesday through Saturday. If coming from out of town, please call first to make sure the dog you are interested in is still available. Approved rescues also welcome!!!!
