Apollo ADOPTED

Hi there! I’m Apollo and I just arrived at GRRR. I’m about 8.5 years old, and I’ve come all the way to Golden, CO to become your Golden! My family’s circumstances have changed and they can no longer care for me. I’m feeling a little lost and sad right now. I’m a very loving fellow and it’s super important for me to have someone wonderful to share my love with – I hope that will be you! I get along great with everyone. These pictures were taken before my special spa treatment at GRRR, and I’ll get some new photos taken soon. I’m really a very handsome fellow.

I’m a big guy at 114 lbs. I’m active and love to play. I’ve been through obedience training and just need a little refresher course. I’ll need a yard with a tall fence to keep me safe because I’ve been used running around my old neighborhood to visit everyone. I hope we can go on nice walks together because I love getting out and about.

What I want more than anything in this world is a forever home where I will be loved and treasured. I want to hang my leash by your door, curl up with you while you’re watching TV and make sure you always have a loving companion right there by your side. Please hurry! They say a house isn’t a home without a Golden, and my life won’t be complete until I have a family to love.
