This litter of puppies was rescued from a central California high kill shelter where they were going to be put down if a rescuer didn’t take them. They were born August 10, so they are now ready for their forever homes.
They are absolutely darling little bugs – very well socialized, healthy, outgoing and actually quite mellow for such young puppies.
These puppies look like gosh-knows-what. They could have some basenji in the them or vizsla, and could also have some small breed dog in them because I don’t think, from their size now, that they will grow bigger than maybe 30 – 40 pounds… but who knows?
Whatever they are, they are totally darling and will fabulous family companions because they are so gentle, outgoing and fun and funny.
