A female Irish Setter was found as a stray in Manorville, Long Island on 8/30/07. As of 9/5/07 she is in foster care in East Setauket, Long Island. She is a bit overweight, she does have a micro-chip, but we were unable to track down the owner. Sold via a pet store on Long Island, she is about age 5. Seems to get along with cats and dogs. Very sweet, gentle and laid back. A 6 ft. fence would probably be best for her and she needs a little bit of work with housebreaking. An application, vet reference, home visit and a drive to NY a must to meet our dogs! We aren't sure if she is spayed, so that will have to be done within 30 days of adoption. Adoption fee required.
