Angel is a 2 yr old purebred, AKC registered Bernese Mtn Dog. She was born 3/9/06. We rescued her from yet another Amish puppy mill in central Ohio. They "got rid of her" b/c she wasn't getting pregnant to make them money. ~~ Energetic, playful, strong yet gentle. About 75 lbs. Loves other dogs. ~~ Angel is very sweet and very affectionate, loves to lean against your leg to be petted. She should be in a home where she will have human companionship most of the day. ~~ She also had a dislocated hip when we first got her. We have no idea how long her hip hat been that way, nor how they did that to her, poor thing. It must have hurt like crazy. ~~ We think Angel likely would be too overwhelmed to go to a home w/ the noise and chaos of very young children. ~~ A securely fenced yard of course is required for all dog adoptions. (Never those shock collar "invisible fencing systems.")
