Look at this Girl! When she was first rescued, she was skin and bones. Hanging on by a thread. We were going to bring her straight to the U.S. but she wasn't well enough to make that 6 hour trip and had to go immediately to the vet for fluids. She wouldn't have made it 24 hours. Now, she is thriving again! She is putting on weight and her ribs are slowly disappearing!
For the past two weeks, Angel has been staying at a Board and Train. Julie w/ @caninejulz has been helping her move past her former life so she can have the best chance at a new one! Angel really had to be on the defense out on the streets so she has been working on being less reactive around other dogs and following basic commands. She is doing amazing! Her reactiveness is way down and she has mastered sit, stay, and leave it. She is also doing much better on a leash!
Her two weeks are almost up and we would ultimately love to connect her with her person/people but she might need a place to crash in the meantime. If you can help watch over her or are interested in taking her home FURever, please fill out an application on our website!
