Anemone

DOB: Approx. July 2022 Location: Acton, Ontario Anemoni is a sweetheart. This Great Pyr came from a neglect situation, and the SPCA asked if we could take her as she wasn't doing well at the shelter. She is two-years-old. She would love to be a part of your family where you have time to work with her, walk/hike with her, play and just spend time with her. She is very affectionate and gentle with people, calm and easy to get along with. She is a big girl who needs to be put some weight on. Children need to know how to behave around dogs, and know that they could be bowled over by her although we don't know that for sure. She is a gentle girl. She loves cats, although her approach can be a little brusque at first. She gets on well with other dogs, and is very peaceful. She'll do well on a species-appropriate diet of raw. Make sure to do your research on this breed. If you do not like barking, this is not the breed for you. This breed was bred to wander with sheep, so they need to be leashed when walking them.
