Amy is a 5-7 year old lab mix that recently came into FURS care while she awaits her FURever home. Amy is very friendly with people and gets along with cats. However, Amy does not get along with all dogs. Amy is housebroken and looks forward to join that special family!
FURS holds monthly adoptions stands where those interested can meet our four-legged crew available for adoption. Our next adoption stand will be on August 3rd, 11 am - 1 pm, at the Petco in Westchester Commons. (349 Perimeter Drive, Midlothian 23113) We can make alternate arrangements for meeting the FURS dogs but we would require an approved application for adoption. There is no fee or obligation with submitting an adoption application and applications can be completed online at www.fursdogs.com
A required step of our adoption process is to conduct a home visit. Since FURS is a very small, all-volunteer rescue, we can only support our adoption process to homes in the Richmond, VA and surrounding localities area
