Hello, future family! I come from a puppy mill where I wasn't treated very well, and because of that, I can be quite shy and fearful. I haven’t bitten anyone, but I’m still learning to trust and feel safe in my new surroundings. Despite being cautious, I am kindhearted and gentle – I wouldn’t hurt a fly. Being in a shelter has been overwhelming, and I haven’t quite settled down yet, which is understandable given my past. I would benefit greatly from socialization to help me feel more comfortable and confident. What I really need is a loving and patient person who has the time to spend with me and help me feel comfortable. I enjoy being petted, and I know that with time and gentle care, I will open up and become your best friend. I’m looking forward to finding a forever home where I can learn to feel safe and loved. Je viens d'un élevage intensif où je n'ai pas été bien traité, et à cause de cela, je suis assez timide et craintif. Je n'ai mordu personne, mais j'apprends encore à faire confiance et à me sentir en sécurité dans mon nouvel environnement. Bien que je sois prudent, je suis de tout cœur et doux – je ne ferais de mal à une mouche. Être dans un refuge a été bouleversant, et je ne me suis pas encore vraiment installé, ce qui est compréhensible étant donné mon passé. Je bénéficierais grandement d'une socialisation pour m'aider à me sentir plus à l'aise et confiant. Ce dont j'ai vraiment besoin, c'est d'une personne aimante et patiente qui a le temps de passer avec moi et de m'aider à me sentir à l'aise. J'aime être caressé, et je sais qu'avec du temps et des soins doux, je m'ouvrirai et deviendrai votre meilleur ami. J'ai hâte de trouver une maison pour toujours où je pourrai apprendre à me sentir en sécurité et aimé.
