Alma

Alma was rescued this winter in the freezing temperatures on the brink of death, with a large heavy chain attached to her. Since being rescued, she has been able to gain strength and weight back and learn how to be a dog living indoors. Alma is an affectionate and alert young dog who benefits greatly from routine and predictability which she never had. She’s a goofy girl and is still learning to trust people, but once this sweet girl trusts you her personality shines and there is never be a dull moment! Alma loves her bones and her hard chew toys, sunbathing, but mostly loves being with her people. Ideally, Alma just wants to be the center of somebody’s world. She would love for her adopter to continue working with her on training and to help her navigate this crazy world, and in return she'll make sure you're always smiling and feeling loved! Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
