I was found wandering in a field, lost, dazed and I had been hit by a car. I was only 3 months old and life was very hard. Fortunately a very kind lady saw me, took me in and then contacted some nice ladies who made sure I had my shots, neutered, and took care of injuries from the car accident. I am now approximately 6 months old and have developed my own personality. I love to play with my Great Dane sister Brinks, I am learning all the basic commands, house broken, crate trained, and will play nice with other dogs. I love going to the dog park with my foster mom.Remember I need to be kept inside in my crate when you are not home, I am an alpha male and will need a family that understands the pack theory, otherwise I will take charge and run the household. I am a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Great Dane Mix, which means I will probably grow up to be approximately 80 pounds. I am a gorgeous boy who needs a family who will be the pack leaders. I am very smart and I learn easily. I tend to be a bit over excited around small children and can knock them down without meaning to do so...but I am a great companion for older children and active adults. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee starts at $125. All dogs are heartworm tested, on heartguard, fixed, vaccinated, dewormed and defleaed. All dogs are microchipped.
