This guy got to ride in a police car to the kennel! Someone dumped him and the police kindly picked him up and brought him to the kennel. Albert was smiling the whole time! When he got here, he happily went into the building and into his kennel. That's just the kind of guy he is. Easy going, happy and friendly! He’ll be happy no matter what he’s doing.
