My Story
These Husky-mix pups were running out of time at the shelter, so AARF pulled all 9 of them and placed them in foster homes while they await their new homes. They have done well in foster care and are working on their basic skills. House training, crate training, leash walking and general good house manners and learning how to sit on command are all works in progress. At 6 months old, they are playful, active and good looking puppies. Are you ready to take them into your home and teaching them even more?
Come meet our adoptable dogs on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm in the backyard at AARF's new location- 302 Thurston St, W-S. Go to AARFWS.org to view and apply for our AARF dogs. Information about the process is available on our website. Remember that we do not adopt more than a 45-minute radius from our facility in Winston Salem.
