My Story

Meet Cutie Alaric Precious Alaric is currently 8 pounds, 11 weeks old, and we think he may be Jack Russell Terrier/ Australian CattleDog/Blue Heeler mix but with rescue its a guess! Hello there! My name is Alaric, and I'm an adorable Jack Russell Terrier / Australian Cattle Dog mix puppy. I'm currently looking for my forever home, and I can't wait to tell you a bit about myself. Im a delightful blend of spunk and sweetness, embodying all the lively spirit and cleverness of both breeds. Im a charming pooch and eager to become your loyal companion and fill your days with joy and laughter. Currently, I leave at home with three huskies, pittie mix and chihuahuas and of course all my siblings puppies. I love them all. With my expressive eyes and wagging tail, Im always ready for adventure and playtime. Whether it's chasing a ball in the yard, chewing on my puppy toys, or playing with my friends and siblings, lm always up for any fun activity that comes my way. When the day winds down, I love nothing more than snuggling up with my favorite humans for some cozy cuddle time. I'm an active and athletic pup who thrives on mental and physical stimulation. I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's going on hikes, exploring new environments, or engaging in interactive playtime. Daily exercise and mental challenges are essential for my well-being and happiness. I would be an excellent companion for an active individual or a family who loves outdoor activities. Im a quick learner with a heart full of love, Im a natural at forming strong bonds with my family. My mixed heritage has given me a unique blend of traits that make me adaptable to various living situations, from active households to quieter homes seeking a loyal friend. Despite me being fun, I'm also incredibly affectionate and love to shower my loved ones with cuddles and kisses. I'm eager to please and highly trainable, so I'm looking forward to learning new tricks and commands with positive reinforcement and yummy treats! My foster mom always tells me how great of the job I am doing with my crate and potty training! I believe in forming strong bonds with my humans, and I'm hoping to find a family that will provide me with the love and attention I crave. I'm up to date on all my vaccinations and have a clean bill of health. I'm ready to embark on a lifelong journey with a family who will cherish and appreciate my unique personality and needs. If you're a family seeking for a loyal and intelligent companion, I may just be the perfect fit for you. Sweet boy Alaric is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. His new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, he will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. Adopt Alaric today and welcome a bundle of love into your home! You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dogs needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesnt stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan Coupons for a fun visit to Petco Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
