My Story

ADOPTED!! Blue Boy has a strong personality and is very clingy to his foster mom. He could easily take over and become the alpha dog so adoptive owners should be aware that he must see the humans as the leaders. His foster mom says the personality is similar to Jack Russell Terriers or Schnauzers.

On the plus side, he is a cuddler and constantly at your side as well as being very loyal and highly intelligent. Like the JRTs, Blue Boy could be taught agility exercises and these would keep him entertained. He likes playing tug of war with stuffed toys with his foster siblings and is interested in all moving things outside. Older children who are patient might be OK, but he might be best as an adult companion dog. He has lots of energy and needs exercise like running and playing
