Addicus was brought in with a choker collar EMBEDDED into his neck! It appears to have been this way for awhile and has a very foul smell. We were able to get the collar off but he needs to see a vet ASAP!! If you can help rescue this dog, please contact us immediately. If you are interested in this pet please contact us as soon as possible. We take in approximately 5500 animals a year. Unfortunately we are a high kill shelter due to the amount of animals being brought to the shelter. If you are not local we can recommend transport services.
