Abby ADOPTED

If you are looking for the perfect dog, you are in luck! The perfect Golden Retriever is looking for a new forever home and is currently accepting applications. Eight-year-old Abby is well behaved, well mannered, and well trained. She’s a petiite girl who weighs about 45 lbs. Don't think of her just as a dog, she is seeking a position as a permanent member of your family with full rights and privileges.

Abby is currently staying in a foster home with two other dogs and two cats amd she is a friend to all of them. She is good with cats and other dogs. She will need to be in a family with an existing dog. If she does not have a companion she will break out and go looking for a doggie friend. With a friend or two, she is content to be the center of attention. She plays a wicked game of fetch, just keep those tennis balls coming. Abby has already proven herself to be a character. She is a tennis-ball-aholic, a play-aholic, and a general goof ball. Within a day of arriving at her foster home she had emptied the toy box and had scattered over 20 tennis balls in all rooms of the house. She mastered the dog door in an hour. She is very fast and agile. When she plays fetch she beats the younger dogs to the ball.

This lady has a lot of energy and she is ready to be your forever friend for ball tossing, hiking, jogging, or just snuggling on the couch. After all, Golden's are for loving! We think Abby is a pretty wonderful lady and we look forward to arranging a meeting so you can meet the perfect Golden Retriever.
