Abbe

Meet Abbe ?? She is a young about 2 year old female rottie love who her foster family refers to as Baby Girl. Abbe is about 90 lbs of sweetness & is a smart cookie! She knows sit, lay, shake & stay. Abbe will be sure to bust out her sequence of moves to please you for a treat too! Abbe lives with a 3 year old girl & takes treats gently. She has a pretty calm demeanor & has the cutest wiggle when she is happy. Abbe loves all the attention including belly rubs, enjoys daily walks in the neighborhood & chewing on bones. Since Abbe has been in rescue, we have noticed she seems to have limited vision in the dark & when looking down. We got this big baby into the vet & she had an eye exam. It is likely that she has Progressive Retinal Atrophy. This means eventually she will be blind. Although this isn’t the news we were expecting, Abbe is well trained already & does respond to verbal/sound cues.
