My Story

Aaron is the epitome of Pyrenean beauty, temperament, and loyalty- and is an excellent candidate for therapy work as well! He is quiet and gentle natured, loves people of all ages and sizes, loves to go for long walks and rides, and is not destructive or dog aggressive. He is cat-friendly, too! Aaron is nervous during thunderstorms, and does best not crated during them. Would do best with an experienced Pyr owner who will not cater to his occasional spoiled and clingy behavior. The beauty of a Great Pyrenees can take your breath away, but they are unique dogs which require dedicated owners who have thoroughly researched the traits of the breed. Feel free to visit our website at www.nepyresq.org for information to start your journey! Northeast Pyrenees Rescue only sponsors dogs from New England and New York for placement in homes in our region. If you are interested in meeting Aaron, please complete our application at http://www.nepyresq.org/adopapp.htm. You can e-mail questions to us at [email protected].
