I've been lucky. Lucky to be here instead of out on the streets as a stray. That was such a lonely and scary time. Now I get to be loved on by millions of humans at the shelter, and I get to play so happily with other dogs in my furlough homes. Yep, lots of volunteers and staff take me home (because I'm such a good boy!) and give me breaks from the shelter stress and too much kennel time. Here's what they've learned about me: Likes: doing my potty business outside like a good boy ringing the bell by the door to signal I need to go out taking walks and being good on leash car rides to anywhere playing hide and seek around the furniture chasing balls playing tag playing and playing with other dogs inventing new games food puzzles chew toys cuddling and cuddling attempting to play with the CAT making people happy slices of apples! Dislikes: none that I know of I'm described as an absolute sweetheart, well mannered and great on leash. Especially since I'm such a young boy. I know to stop walking when my person stops walking. I'm house trained, crate trained, I love the company of other dogs, I like to follow my person around the house, I'm adorable and sweet, I know "sit" and "leave it", and I want to make my new family very proud of me. I sure hope you will come and pick wonderful me to join your family and love you forever. I will give you my best self every single day we are together. Please come and give me my chance.
